I've been a coach for 20 years
And my work excites and motivates me today just as much as on day one.
I’ve coached across sectors, worked as a facilitator, led large teams, and held roles as an operations manager and team member. I get how the world of work works.
My International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentials have helped me support everyone from senior leaders to new graduates, and I truly love working with them all.
Post-graduate study in Career Education and Development have shaped how I work, and ongoing learning keeps me growing.
Every day and every client brings a new challenge to embrace and support change.
When I help one person like you take a meaningful step forward, I feel I’m doing my life’s work.
About me
Career Coach with 20 years' experience helping people find clarity and confidence
Hello, I'm Jill
My life’s work is supporting people to make the most of their one precious life.
The fact that any of us are here — through a miraculous stroke of chance — is an invitation to live intentionally.
If you happen to have the luxury of choice, you owe it to yourself to use it well. But it’s not always easy.
I help you gain clarity and confidence to make thoughtful decisions about work, life, and career — without the overwhelm or hype.

Warm, direct, and grounded
People describe me as warm and direct. My aim is to help you see your potential — not in an “anyone can do anything” woo-woo way, but in a grounded, practical way that honours who you uniquely are and what you bring to the world. Together, we turn that clarity into action, helping you move forward with confidence.

Things I love
Outside work, I swim in the ocean all year round. I hugely enjoy cycling, pilates, yoga, movies, theatre, galleries, and reading. I love my work and I love my life outside it.
Recently, I took an Adult Gap Year and campervanned around Europe with my partner — parking among lavender fields, olive groves and vineyards; beside Loch Lomond and Lake Annecy; and throughout the Tuscan hills to name a few.
I’d always dreamed of spending time in Europe as well as Australia, and finding a way to keep working and enjoying it for as long as possible. That experience reinforced that life needn't be about fixed destinations — it can be about the journey itself.
I’ve had plenty bumps, challenges, and stalls along the way, and they’ve shaped who I am today. I come back often to Mary Oliver’s words:
“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”
