HBDI (Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument) is a powerful instrument for measuring and describing thinking preferences in people. Its power lies in the fact that people very quickly “get it” and so move rapidly through to how they might put the insights into practice. Teams embrace its value because it not only takes the personal out of differences but emphasises the value of leveraging diversity of thought in teams.
