HBDI is a powerful instrument for measuring and describing thinking preferences in people. Its power lies in the fact that people very quickly “get it” and so move rapidly through to how they might put the insights into practice. HBDI can be used with individuals, teams, large groups or pairs of individuals such as small business joint owners.
